Who is responsible

Juan José Ruiz Ferrer is responsible for the personal data collected through this website.

What data we collect

When you send a consulting inquiry we collect your name, email, company, website, country, the offer you are interested in, your budget range and the description of your problem. If you tick the newsletter box, your email is also stored as a newsletter subscriber.

We also record basic visit data through analytics: your IP address, browser (user agent), referrer and the pages you visit.

How we use it

We use your inquiry to respond to you and to follow up on a potential engagement. We only send the newsletter if you explicitly opt in, and you can unsubscribe at any time. Analytics data is used to understand how the site is used.

Who receives it

Inquiry details are sent to the site owner by email through Resend, our email-delivery provider. We do not sell your data.

How long we keep it

We keep your data for as long as needed for your inquiry or any resulting engagement. You can ask us to delete it at any time.

Your rights

You may request access, rectification, cancellation or opposition (ARCO rights) regarding your personal data, or ask for its deletion, by emailing us at the address below.
